The following 2 programs do not contract the muscle:

  1. Recovery Plus Program: Helps clear lactic acid buildup and increase blood flow in the muscles that are greatly fatigued following a workout
  2. Pre-Warm Up Program: Runs at a frequency which is specifically targeted to increase blood flow to help oxygenize the muscles prior to a workout or competition. (Recommended for athletes who believe they have a risk of cramping.
